Kimchi sharing in Korea

In Korea, rice and kimchi are eaten with most meals throughout the day. Kimchi is considered to be very healthy and is a major part of the Korean diet. Since 2009, each winter volunteers from YKK Korea Co., Ltd. make kimchi for the disadvantaged. In December 2017, 21 colleagues made kimchi at YKK Korea’s Pyeongtaek Factory. Kimchi was donated to 110 households in Seojeong-dong.
