EMEA 40,000 Employee Forum

In 2017, it was the 25^th anniversary of YKK’s founder Tadao Yoshida’s passing and in order to mark this milestone, the YKK Group decided to hold the 3^rd 40,000 Employee Forum worldwide.  All EMEA YOC’s held the forum locally.

The main aim of the forum was “to make the principle the backbone of our daily operations” and for each employee to consider themselves as a successor of the management principle.  The Management Principle Video “we have inherited his philosophy – it’s our foundation” was received very well by all employees.
